Qualifications
- NQF 4 (National Senior Certificate / Grade 12 or equivalent)
- At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative position, experience with the specific business area advantageous
Requirements
- Medically fit to work in the specific business area.
- Clear security screening record.
- Clear credit record.
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable)
NQF 5 (Diploma or Higher Certificate) or NQF 6 (National Diploma or an Advanced Certificate) in a related field will be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
Achieves quality and quantity outputs through the utilization of Human Resources by effective planning, adhering to time frames, writing and submitting reports, performing investigations.
Generates, compiles and submits reports and statistics when required by Management. • Adheres to Human Resources practices by ensuring that practices are applied according to Policies and Procedures
Ensure work assessments are done according to standards and procedures • Coach employees according to Standards and Procedures by identifying adverse practices and assisting and advising when necessary, based on knowledge and experience.
Performs any other activities necessary for the effective completion of his/her work.
