About the JumpStart Retail Frontline Programme
The JumpStart Retail Frontline Programme (RFP) is designed to unlock opportunities for matriculated youth to entry level positions in retail.
This two-week skills development course is composed of an online life skills course, in-person training and interviews, and one week of hands-on work experience in a retail environment.
This work readiness programme gives youth the opportunity to become more employable.
Basic Requirements
- South African
- Matriculated
- Aged 18-33 years
- Unemployed
- No criminal record
- Valuable life skills
- Credible work experience
- Certificates to add to your CV
- Workplace ready for entry-level positions
- Become work-ready and develop a winning workplace attitude
Programme Outline
All JumpStart retail programmes begin with a five-day life skills course – because soft skills are just as important as hard skills.
