SPAR is looking for an experienced and dynamic Baker to join our vibrant team, based in Sunningdale (Cape Town).
The purpose of the Baker is to manufacture yeast based bakery products to quality standards according to the Bakery manager’s production plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement cyclical production plans
- Control ingredients used in baking yeast based products
- Control stock
- Hygiene & housekeeping
- Supervise staff
- Customers
- Matric / NQF level 4 equivalent
- Recognized technical qualification in yeast-based baking
- At least 3 years baking experience
