- Completion of all internship requirements set by Unilever.
- Application of Focused and Quality Improvement methods to address Safety, Quality, Cost Deployment, Customer Service, and Logistics issues.
- Collaboration with line crews and acting as a technical trainer for line teams.
- Validation of process improvements and establishing revised basic conditions on the line.
- Aim to eliminate losses, reduce waste, and increase line stability.
Minimum Requirements:
- Completed Honors or BTech in Chemical Engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
