JOB PURPOSE
In order to help clients make knowledgeable selections, you will also be in charge of boosting sales in our stores and maintaining a high level of product expertise.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- delivering top-notch customer service and developing lasting connections with customers
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets on a consistent basis
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to assist clients in making informed decisions
- Participating in promotional events, campaigns, and initiatives to drive sales
- Maintaining accurate sales records and reports
- maintaining high standards for merchandising and shop presentation
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- Minimum of Matric Certificate or equivalent
- Proven track record in sales and customer service
Knowledge and Skills

- Interpersonal and communication abilities that are strong
- working well in a group setting
- Willingness to work retail hours
