AgriSETA is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to apply for Data Capturer Vacancy.

Capture all Learner data on the Management Information System (MIS)
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Maintain and update Agri SETA’s database to enable efficient data retrieval.
- Implement Quality control measures to ensure the validity of data.
- Provide weekly data reports to the Assistant Manager.
- Prepare and submit SETMIS reports quarterly.
- Prepare reports requested by DHET and management for review by the Assistant Manager
- Prepare and submit performance information reports for management review.
- Provide data trend analysis from Agri SETA’s database.
- Maintain documented proof of captured information.
- Verify, enroll, and approve learner data related to various Agri SETA learning programs, including partnerships and other stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS
Matric or Equivalent (NQF Level 4)
Advantages Experience
- 2 years’ experience in an administrative function.
- 1-year related experience in Data Capturing.
- Knowledge of SETMIS reporting will be an added advantage
