Background
Who we are? Technology is mainly responsible for the provision of broadcast facilities, post-production, and production resources to external and internal clients to support the mandate of the SABC and to assist in and generating revenue for the SABC.
What We Do?
To ensure that opportunities are identified which could result in new revenue streams, cost savings for the organization and increasing the value proposition on current available revenue streams.
We have an exciting opportunity available for one (1) Administrative Officer (Marketing) intern position to join the Facilities Sales and Marketing department under the Technology division.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities:
- Initiating promotional strategies and managing Technology events and promotions.
- Updating of exhibits, displays and promotional material and imaging of facilities and services.
- Communicate effectively with clients and service providers.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Relevant National diploma/degree in Marketing / Communications / Sales (NQF 6)
KNOWLEDGE
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team and lead the team if required.
- Well organized, detail-oriented with excellent project management skills
- Proficient in MS Office, i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle conflict.
