REQUIREMENTS: A grade of 10 or above, an ABET Level 3 certificate, and relevant experience working in a general capacity. Basic literacy diploma. The Occupational Health and Safety Act is well-known. the ability to use hand tools and power tools to fix and repair things in general.
Good understanding of maintaining, repairing, and replacing tools and supplies. a good ability to communicate,
Good listening abilities. willing to adhere to the supervisor’s directions. interpersonal abilities to have nice interactions with building occupants or personnel. Leaks, blockages, and drainage issues may be solved with basic abilities. simple technical abilities.
