POSITION STATUS : Permanent (Internal & External)
Purpose of the job
To manage, support and process all client service requests end- end including infrastructure provisioning, quality
assurance of supplier invoices, client billing and planning for IT infrastructure growth and expansion. Ensuring that
all governance processes are followed correctly to ensure service continuity.
Key Responsibility Areas
• Supervision of staff; Management and Administration; User Support; Reporting and Communication.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum: 3-year National Diploma / Degree in Business Management, Project management/Information
Technology/Computer Science OR NQF level 6 with the equivalent credits of a National Qualification plus specialized
or management certificate of competence level 6.
Certification: ITIL Foundation.
Experience: 5 – 6 years’ experience in Financial and Procurement Business Principles within the telecoms/ICT
industry. Project Management experience would be an advantage.
Technical Competencies Description
Knowledge of: Computer based knowledge and experience WAN and LAN knowledge and experience Change
Control Management Asset Management SLA Management Performance Management Financial systems Project
registration on ERP systems Proficiency with telecommunications hardware and carrier technologies ITIL
Communication.
