Job Purpose:
- To analyse and design new inter-connected business processes and re-engineer existing business processes with a view on enterprise-wide business objectives;
- Drive the analysis and documentation processes of the Process Engineering Unit – effectively translating the requirements of business into accurate functional specifications and practical system specifications;
- Align internal working procedures with industry standard best-practices.
Key performance areas
- To apply analytical capability to design new and/or review and redesign existing business processes;
- Provide input into operating policies, procedures and guidelines;
- Report on performance and to identify and escalate performance constraints.
Applicants may, as a step in the recruitment process, be subjected to a competency assessment. In addition, the successful candidate must be prepared to undergo a process of a security clearance prior to the appointment.
Qualifications and SA citizenship checks will be conducted on the successful candidate. It is the applicant’s responsibility to have foreign qualifications evaluated by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA).

B Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, and/or Business Administration.
Required Minimum Experience
- 5 years’ relevant experience that include:
o Process development experience across cross-functional teams;
o Engineering or software development industries.
