SAB InBev South Africa is hiring and inviting fresh graduates to apply for Graduate Management Traineeships 2023.

Our Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) Program is a critical conduit for unleashing potential, creating future leaders to guarantee our organization is ready to meet the moment.

Since its beginning, our GMT program has produced in over 2,300 employees worldwide, many of whom have left a lasting impact, and we are pleased to continue cultivating great talent that will allow us to realize our goal of creating a future with more cheers.

We want individuals that are interested in a versatile career and are eager to learn new skills and talents throughout their careers.

During their first year, GMTs should expect the following:

Rotations of 3-4 months, with each experience connected to one of our three strategic pillars.
Within these rotations, ideally in Marketing, Sales or Technology, and Supply / Logistics Projects that expand knowledge and work on actual business challenges in each of these core functions.

Qualifications and work experience:

By program start, you must have completed or be in the final year of a bachelor’s degree (STEM discipline preferred) and/or be studying for a Post Grad (PGDip) Business Administration, Masters (or equivalent) degree.
By the Program start date, you must have a total of three years of full-time formal work experience. (Internships, vac work, short-term contracts, and co-op experiences do not qualify.)

Legal work permission (full citizenship) in the nation where the application is being made
