Johannesburg Water is looking for a Business Development Officer.
The basic salary per year is R276 120.00.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Enforce compliance with the MFMA, PPPFA, B-BBEEA, dti Codes of Good Practice, National Treasury Prescripts, and the Construction Industry Development Board Act, Regulations, and Practice Notes. Participate in B-BBEE forums and provide compliance advice, implement enterprise and supplier development initiatives, maintain documentary evidence, conduct workshops/training sessions, attend stakeholder meetings, participate in Bid Committee structures, track and report progress, compile and submit monthly performance reports, provide input on ad hoc, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, maintain information for all ESD activities undertaken and compile for audit
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- NQF Level 6 Diploma in Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain Management.
- 2 years of SCM experience, including 1 year in Enterprise and Supplier Development • MS Office (Ms Outlook, Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint)
- For effective SCM implementation, knowledge of B-BBEEA, DTIC Codes of Good Practice, and other applicable SCM prescripts is required.
