ABOUT THE ROLE / PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Update and display the Scheduling Management Tool (SMT) /Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) systems to make certain that the contractor fleet that is no longer built-in to Transport Management System (TMS) is visible; and additionally make sure that automated remarks is sent to the applicable stakeholders.
Determine the splendid and most low-cost drain site as per drain list or formal approval.
Create drain/re-plan/reroute/ alternative order variety and shipping document when required through cease of shift, Thorough shift handover to include, safety and operational challenges, popularity and modifications to the schedule, requests from stakeholders.
Proactive Communication with the relevant stakeholders should any question or challenges arise.

Attendance and participation in daily and monthly operational meetings

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Minimum Grade 12 with 3 to 5 years trip in Customer Demand Fulfilment or Logistics Dispatch Control environment.
Preferably Diploma in Logistics or Equivalent
